Hosted trust
Terms
Effective date: May 18, 2026
Ellende.app is provided to organizers for creating and operating LAN party schedules, attendee signup flows, and session coordination as a hosted service.
Organizer Responsibilities
- Use the service for lawful event coordination and keep attendee-facing information accurate.
- Collect only event information needed for scheduling, attendance, payments, or venue operations.
- Manage public/private event visibility carefully before sharing attendee links.
- Respond to attendee data requests for the events and communities the organizer operates.
- Request support actions with a clear reason when tenant access, billing, deactivation, export, or deletion is involved.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, credential abuse, spam, payment fraud, attempts to bypass tenant isolation, or attempts to disrupt another organizer's event. Accounts or tenants may be rate limited, suspended, or disabled when needed to protect attendees, organizers, or the hosted service.
Service Operation
Hosted service environments may change as service expectations mature. Operational maintenance, migrations, rollback, monitoring, and support intervention may be required to keep schedules available and protect tenant data. Hosted runtime uses database-backed tenant storage when configured; JSON remains the local fallback and the import/export format.
Billing And Plan Limits
Hosted customer organizations may start with a free trial. Plans may limit attendee counts, plan expansion, and continued hosted service access after the trial until billing is active or support grants grace. Stripe Checkout, the Stripe customer portal, invoices, and manual support interventions may be used to resolve billing state.
Account And Tenant Changes
Organization owners can self-serve the tenant JSON export from
/organizer/export; staff, finance managers, and support/admin
helpers cannot. Export help, deactivation, and deletion-review requests must
be emailed to
support@krosoft.nl
from the organizer account email and include the organization name, reason,
requested action, and whether an export has already been downloaded.
Deactivation is support-led by disabling the organization and preserving evidence for review. Final deletion is not self-service and requires support runbook review after export, billing, security, abuse, recovery, and support-action checks. Tenant-changing support actions require an explicit reason and are recorded in the support action log.
Service Expectations
The service is intended to support real customer organizations. Hosted operation may include planned maintenance, manual onboarding help, and support-led corrections. Organizers should keep event-critical communication channels available outside the app when their event operations require an independent fallback.
